Before real estate, Kelly likes to say that her “1st career” was in retail management. She loved this chapter of her life and uses much of what she learned as a sales and general manager in her real estate business everyday. High level customer service, employee development, working as a team to meet financial goals and exceeding customer expectations inspired Kelly to thrive as a manager . She translates that experience into her real estate business while also using her design/merchandising eye to advise sellers on preparing their home to sell and helping buyers envision a new space.
